This Regulation entered into force on 31 December 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes, lays down: (1) levels of mass reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, which should be reached in individual years until 2020 (specified in Annex 1); (2) the way of calculating levels of mass reduction of biodegradable municipal waste (specified in Annex 2).
