Abstract This Regulation defines the necessary conditions for the correct labelling of wine produced on the Republic of Croatia by using the same name of the specific type of grape variety of which it was made/produced, and further introduces the special conditions for the labeling of wines produced from the Teran variety (here appointed as the interpretation of the European legislation that recognizes the wine produced from the Teran variety as a varietal of wine listed in the Annex IV of the Commission Regulation (EEC) 3201/90 of 16 October 1990 laying down detailed rules for the description and presentation of wine and grape must with the name of allowed designation of wines produced in Yugoslavia).
