Abstract This Regulation prescribes the method of introduction and related maintaining of the forest order. The forest order is introduced and maintained for the purpose of: 1) prevention of felling, during which there is damage to the surrounding trunks, to the saplings, to the signs (stamp number) from the felling mark, etc.; 2) processing of fallen trunks, branches and unprocessed parts of trunks; 3) removal of forest assortments from the cutting site; 4) non-implementation of cultivation measures (cleaning and thinning) in young forests, forest crops and undergrowth; 5) removal of consequences of natural disasters and harmful consequences caused by wind, snow, ice (bending, uprooting, breaking of whole stems or their parts), then, drought, lightning, forest fire; 6) emergence and spread of plant diseases and pests, drying of stems and the like.
