Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 July 2011 except for the provisions of article 2 paragraph 2, article 4 paragraph 6 and article 14 that shall come into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down rules for the implementation of the increased number of official controls on food and feed of non-animal origin that is a known or imminent threat, performed on specific entry points into the country during importation and transport.
