This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 12 October 2022).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, determines the manner for implementing the Support Programme for research over the impact of various technologies and agrotechnical measures on the maintenance of high-category mother plantations for the period from the year 2022 until the year 2024. This Support Programme is in accordance with legislative documents as specified in article 2 (also European Union legislation). Support is intended for scientific institutions in order to finance the implementation of the designated Programme; eligible users are scientific institutions from the scientific activity system (as specified in article 4, letter b).
