Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the rules for implementing of Poultry Sector Support Programme due to difficult business conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022, which is aimed for any natural or legal person who has satisfied the necessary eligibility requirements (specified in article 5 of this text). Measures of this Programme are: 1. Aid for losses due to forced freezing of poultry meat and falling sales of fresh poultry meat; 2.
