Abstract This Regulation prescribes the terms and modalities for exercising the right of irreversible investment support regarding the capital investments in agriculture, forestry and fishing; the highest and lowest amount of investment subsidy that shall be determined by the users and their obligations; and standards for application forms for support of the capital investments and bank certificates of the amount and date of approval and disbursement.
