Abstract This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure I.9 "Temporary Cessation of Fishing Activities - COVID-19" for trawlers in 2021 and 2022. To be eligible for support, fishing vessels need a valid license, operational status, and registration in the Fishing Register. During the temporary suspension period, beneficiaries must adhere to conditions, refraining from fishing and keeping their vessels moored in port. The support entails one-time non-repayable financial aid as compensation for suspensions, funded by the European Union and Croatia's state budget.
