This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation determines the aims for the correct implementation of measures such as measure 5 "Restoration of agricultural production potential damaged by natural disasters and catastrophic events and the introduction of appropriate preventive activities", sub-measure 5.2. »Support for investments in the restoration of agricultural land and production potential damaged by natural disasters, adverse climatic conditions and catastrophic events», type of operation 5.2.1. "Reconstruction of agricultural land and production potential" all part of the already approved Croatian Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020; also in accordance with various European Council Regulations and Directives, as listed in the article 2.
