Abstract This Regulation provides the terms for the implementation of the food monitoring plan, and determines the scope, manner and procedure for the performance of food safety and food hygiene checks and analysis (microbiological criteria of food, presence of nutrients, additives, contaminants, and genetically modified organisms) also aimed at granting the consumer protection and health needs.
