Abstract This Regulation lays down provisions on: (a) the determination of the boundaries and coordinates of the immovable properties (i) whose record and ground have become incompatible over time due to the inability to make area, border and share corrections, (ii) although the existence of zoning application errors were detected but not corrected, (iii) which are subject to subdivision but not registered, (iv) which have a variety of subjects and an excess of parties and that cannot be resolved through individual cases, and/or parcels whose actual users and owners have differed over time for different reasons; (b) carrying out all kinds of improvements, renewals, transformations, expropriations and similar applications in designated areas; (c) ex officio correction of share errors regarding ownership, surface area and boundary regulations of parcels, and distribution and area errors in areas subject to zoning application, at the correct amount, to be notified to the relevant parties; (d) identification and procurement of immovable properties acquired through expropriation, barter and similar means, immovable properties that are in the private ownership of the Treasury or under the rule and disposal of the State that may be subject to private ownership, and their evaluation within the scope of applications and to be used in expropriations to be made through barter; (e) the works and transactions related to immovable properties that need to be transferred and assigned to third parties and the transactions in the title deed; and (f) the procedures and principles to be applied in zoning plans and zoning applications of all sizes in relevant areas, transfer to the right owner and similar transactions.
