Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, determines the form of official identification, the appearance and content of the mark and the type of equipment of inspectors for the protection of natural resources. The official identification of the inspector for the protection of natural resources is issued on the form that is given in the Annex of this publication. The badge of the inspector for the protection of natural resources is an official badge, measuring 69x57 mm, which is attached to the jacket or shirt pocket and must be worn at the workplace in the office, during inspection supervision and in contacts with the public. If the inspector for the protection of natural resources is terminated for any reason or ceases to perform inspection supervision duties, he is obliged to return his official equipment, clothes and work suit.
