Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, prescribes the form, methodology and the manner of keeping and maintaining the Cadastre of air pollutants. Cadastre of air pollutants is a qualitative and quantitative record of pollutants and sources of pollution that emit pollutants into the air, including a map of pollutants; it consists of a set of systematized, processed data on the sources of emissions and emissions of pollutants into the air, which determine the sources of pollution, by location and type, as well as indications on related polluting substance that was emitted into the air, categorized by its type and quantity. The data on quantities of emissions of pollutants in the air in the Cadastre shall be presented for each discharge at an individual source (produced and non-productive), for fugitive emissions from individual source, for emissions of specific settlement where such pollutants are created, for emissions deriving from collective sources, for emissions arising from waste treatment operations and other relevant data related to the discharge of pollutants into the ambient air. For the purpose of maintaining and updating of this Cadastre, legal and natural persons, shall submit qualitative and quantitative data on pollutants and sources of pollution that are emitted into the air on forms given in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 which are an integral part of this publication.
