Abstract

This Regulation determines the form, content and method of submitting applications for registration in the National Register of Vineyards. The grape producer submits an application for registration in the National Register of Vineyards to the regional unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. The application for registration in the National Register of Vineyards is given in the Annex of this text. This application form for registration in the National Register of Vineyards shall contain the following data: - name and surname of the producer if he is a natural person, i.e. name of the producer if he is a legal person, - address of the producer, - unique ID number of the producer, i.e. unique tax number of the grape producer, - cadastral municipality and location of the plot, - cadastral number of the plot, - area of the plot and total area of the plot under vines, - variety or varieties of wine grapes with which the plot is planted, - planting year, - row spacing and row spacing, - cultivation method and - irrigation system.
