This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 22 April 2008).
Abstract

This Regulation determines the form, prescribes all necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping official records on fish production, as well as records on the quantity of fish sold by each fish species. The record of fish production, as well as the quantity of fish sold by species, shall be kept on the form which is given in the Annex of this text (can be kept in written and also in electronic form). A fish farmer should regularly keep accurate records of fish production.
