This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides with respect to certain administrative and technical issues regarding forest products, including the contents for the correct registration of assigned forest trademarks (marks/stamps that are mandatory for all recognized forest varieties and for eventual gradation of forest damage/forest impact) that will be applied on forest trees, trees selected for timber and for other forest products that are deriving from timber extraction (for both private and public forests/forest products).
