Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on livestock (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the form, determines the necessary contents and indicates the manner for keeping the Register of organizations for breeding of quality breeding and hybrid animals. All breeding organizations shall be entered into the Register only after the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management issues a decision on approval of each breeding organization. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management shall keep the Register in written and electronic form, publish it on its website and update it on a monthly basis. The register is kept for two categories of farmed animals, namely: quality breeding animals of pure breeds (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and equidae) and hybrid animals (pigs).
