Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of the provisions of article 5 paragraph 6, article 6 paragraphs 2 to 4 and article 7, which will enter into force on the day of accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements aimed to correctly define the manner of maintaining of the national single register of genetically modified organisms and the method for determining the cost of printing data from a single register.
