This text entered into force on 24 September 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes the form and content of the request for failure to make a decision with which the request for water management concession is accepted or rejected, within the deadline as determined by article 178 (paragraph 1) of the above mentioned Law on waters. This request shall be submitted on a form which is given in the Annex of this publication.
