Abstract

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request for establishment of effective (real) easement right on state-owned agricultural land. This request to establish a right of easement on state-owned agricultural land is submitted on a form that is given in the Annex of this text and it shall contain the following data: 1. Name of the authority to which the request is submitted; 2. Name of the request; 3. Information about the petitioner: - name and surname of a natural person/title of a legal entity; - address/seat; and unique registration numbers; 4. Data on the agricultural land for which the establishment of the right of real easement is requested: - cadastral plot number; - place called; - cadastral culture; - cadastral class; - area (square meters); - number of Property List; - cadastral municipality; and - number and date of the geodetic report for numerical data prepared according to the infrastructure project; 5. Date and place of submission of the request; and 6. Signature and seal of the applicant.
