Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the phytosanitary certificate or the phytosanitary certificate for re-export according to the prescribed forms of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) and the form and content of the application for issuance of such phytosanitary certificates. The form and content of the phytosanitary certificate form is given in Annex 1. The form and content of the form of the phytosanitary certificate for re-export is given in Annex 2. The form and content of the Application for obtaining a phytosanitary certificate for export or a phytosanitary certificate for re-export of shipments subject to phytosanitary inspection is given in Annex 3.
