Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, prescribes the form and content of the invitation for education, the manner of conducting the education, as well as the manner for keeping of unique records of conducted education in water related sector. When performing the inspection, the state inspector of environment or the water economy inspector who performed the inspection supervision, will establish with a report that an irregularity has been committed (aimed for person or entity where certain irregularity has been determined) and consequentially an invitation for education will be made and delivered (see Annex of this publication which contains a sample of education invitation form).
