Abstract This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the geodetic report for special land consolidation purposes. The geodetic report for special purposes for consolidation shall be prepared in electronic and written form. Geodetic report for special purposes for consolidation contains: - title page, with data about the drafter with signature and stamp and data about the person from the Real Estate Cadastre Agency who carries out certification/approval; - content of the geodetic report; - technical report; - field sketch of surveying of the co-consolidated area and - a proposal for a new state; The form and content of the geodetic report for special consolidation purposes is given in the Annex, which is part oof this text.
