Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on organic production, prescribes the form and content of the application form for obtaining a certificate that certain product has been obtained by methods of organic agriculture. The application for this kind of organic farming certificate shall contain the following information: 1) the name, address, or legal address of the manufacturer; 2) the list of declared organic agricultural products; 3) the place where the products of organic agriculture were produced-collected; 4) the place where the products of organic agriculture are processed; 5) the place where organic agricultural products are stored; 6) answer to the question whether such products of organic agriculture had an earlier application procedure, and if yes, stated when and in which institution; 7) attachment - map or sketch with marked locations of cultivation, collection, processing and storage of declared products.
