This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation provides the administrative form and content for the application for granting the plant breeders rights (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) and also defines the documentation to be submitted along such request, as well as the exact quantity and manner for the delivery of samples of propagating material of varieties for testing in order to verify the necessary compliance with the related conditions in force.
