Abstract This Regulation sets forth the features of seedbeds where true to type seeds are bred with an isolation distance and the rules to be followed in these areas by seed and crop producers. The Regulation further provides for the the establishment of a seedbed commission in each province evaluating and accepting seed production applications and defining special production areas.
