Abstract This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for the selection of parent trees, vines, shrubs and plantations of fruit trees, vines and hops (defined as mother plantations) for the production of agricultural planting material (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), including the performance of professional oversight of the production of seedlings, further defining the maintenance of the register of stem plantations, books of nursery seedlings, keeping records of the reviewed production of planting material, reporting on produced, sold and destroyed seedlings, education level for officers aimed to perform official controls, and the conditions to be met by local scientific or research institutions.
