Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner of submitting information to the BiH Administration for the Protection of Plant Health, by the inspectorates of entities and Brčko District of BiH, on the retention of shipments of plants, plant products and regulated objects or harmful organisms in an isolated state, which are introduced to Bosnia and Herzegovina, because they do not meet the prescribed phytosanitary requirements of Bosnia and Herzegovina, method of notification by the Administration to the official body responsible for the protection of plants of the exporting country, notification of retained shipments originating from Bosnia and Herzegovina, form of notification of retention of a shipment or harmful organism in an isolated status and notification form.
