Abstract This Regulation is composed of 11 articles and has been prepared by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food in agreement with the Minister of Science and Technology and the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning. This Regulation sets out the composition, duties, liabilities and working methods of ethical committee for animal experiments. The ethical committee is appointed by the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Food, in agreement with the Minister of Science and Technology, Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning and the Minister of Education and Sports, from the recognized experts of veterinary, medical, biological, pharmaceutical and zootechnical professions.
