Abstract This Regulation determines the estimated costs for the care and disposal of confiscated specimens of strictly protected, protected and allochthonous wild species. This text is meant for both wild animal and plant species and varieties. These costs shall include only basic expenditures of care and will not include additional costs of care such as permanent marking of animals, tissue or blood sampling, sample analysis, veterinary treatment, transport and other possible additional costs.
