This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and criteria for the correct establishment of special purpose ports-military ports, that are classified as high importance sites for the Republic of Croatia and defines the boundaries of the military port at sea and on land territory.
