Abstract

This Regulation prescribes: the specific standard named Croatian Autochthonous Cuisine, that can be established for food business activities from the group of restaurants, bars and hotels; catering establishments from groups which can be determined by specific standards; conditions and elements that must be met for a special standard; code; way of marking specific standards; and how to determine special standards.
