This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for standards necessary to determine the: maximum permitted levels of optical radiation, users of the specific device and their responsibilities, patients in therapy and all other persons exposed to optical radiation.
