Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011, except for the provisions of the article 13 which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation stipulates the emission limit values for industrial wastewater before their discharge into public sewerage systems, or into septic tanks or sump pits and in all treated or untreated wastewater discharged to waters, terms of temporary allowing of discharge of wastewater quantities exceeding prescribed values and emission limit values, criteria and terms of collection, treatment and discharge of urban wastewaters and discharges allowed in exceptional cases to ground water, wastewater sampling and testing methodology, wastewater sampling and testing frequency, a register form for discharged wastewater, form and method for keeping registers, deadlines, detailed contents and methods for submitting data, disposal of waste sludge, as well as fulfilment of obligations by users of water rights and permits.
