Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 24 articles and one Annex, establishes requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of waste water from urban wastewater treatment. In particular, this Regulation sets out limit values of waste water, special measures concerning the discharge of waste water from urban wastewater treatment according to the sensitivity of the aquatic environment, and special requirements concerning the control of operation of small urban wastewater treatment plants and implementation of initial measurements and operational monitoring of emissions.
