Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of ten articles and one Annex, establishes specific requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of leachate water from landfills. In particular, this Regulation sets out limit values of leachate water (art. 4), specific measures relating to the reduction of emissions (art. 5) and specific requirement for minitoring leachate water (art. 6).
