The Plan prescribed by this Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for a full emergency Plan for Accidental Marine Pollution, representing a important national document for sustainable development and environmental protection, which defines the procedures and measures for prediction, prevention, restriction, preparedness for and response to accidental marine pollution and the extraordinary natural events on the sea, in order to protect the marine environment.
