Abstract

This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants, prescribes the duration of necessary examinations of plant varieties in the experimental field. These rules are here intended for fruit and grape/viticulture plant varieties. The duration or period of testing of fruit and grape varieties in the experimental field is prescribed depending on the type of fruit and grape, and bearing in mind that, for the recognition of varieties, only mathematical statistical data obtained in the last two years of testing, ie from fruiting shall be processed. Article 3 is related to apple fruit varieties; article 4 regards the nut/stone edible fruits; article 5 sets rules regarding berry fruits; article 6 is regarding coniferous fruit varieties; and article 7 sets issues for grape or wine varieties.
