Abstract

This Regulation of the Mnister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of ten paragraphs and one Annex, lays down requirements for commercial fishing on maritime areas of the Republic of Poland: (1) sizes and protection periods of marine organisms; (2) detailed conditions of fishery, including type and number of fishing gears and their construction, way of fishing, procedure to be followed in case of fishing for marked fish from restocking of the maritime areas of the Republic of Poland, quantity of allowed catch, way of marking fishing gears, places and time of landing of certain species of marine organisms. The present Regulation relates to provisions not regulated by the European Union.
