This Regulation entered into force on 17 September 2015.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes that Aujeszky's disease in pigs is an infectious disease of animals, other than those listed in the Act on the protection of animal health and the control of infectious diseases of animals, which is not vaccinated throughout the country.
