Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the measures for detection, prevention of the spread and control of the harmful organism called Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc, which is the causative agent of potato cancer. This text further sets the method of determining boundaries of infected and endangered areas and areas without harmful organisms, conditions for the termination of imposed measures, as well as the manner of notification of undertaken measures and termination of the same. To prevent the spread and control of pathogens causing potato cancer, the phytosanitary inspection orders the implementation of specific measures listed in article 6.
