Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the criteria for waste acceptance in landfills of each class, preparatory procedures for waste acceptance, general procedures for waste testing, sampling and acceptance of related waste. Underground storage is an installation for permanent storage of waste into a geological cavity such as a salt or potassium mine; discharge is a liquid that is drained through the deposited waste and emitted from or contained in the landfill; landfill gas are all gases generated from the deposited waste; liquid waste is waste in liquid form, including wastewater.
