Abstract

The Regulation, which is composed of five Paragraphs and three Annexes, specifies the course of borders of the Vistula basin area and the Oder basin area (details in Annex 1), connects underground water reservoirs with appropriate basin areas (details in Annex 2) and divides basin areas of Vistula and Oder into water regions (details in Annex 3).
