This Regulation entered into force on 1 May 2004.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down the manner in which the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia cooperates with the competent veterinary authorities of other Member States of the European Union and competent bodies and authorities of the European Commission in the coordinated implementation of EU veterinary legislation. This Regulation is composed of six articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Assistance (Sec. 2); Final provisions (Sec. 3). The Annex specifies departments of the Veterinary Administration responsible for the support.
