Abstract

This Regulation determines the content of the special hunting basis. The special hunting base contains: - a descriptive part; - tabular section and - maps. The descriptive part contains: 1. Boundaries, location and area of the hunting ground; 2. Structure of the hunting grounds; 3. Purpose of the hunting ground; 4. Accessibility and traffic connections; 5. Natural conditions: 5.1. Orographic, 5.2 Hydrographic, 5.3 Geological-pedological conditions, 5.4 Climatic (temperature, precipitation and winds), 5.5 Vegetation, 5.6 Conclusion on the natural conditions and their influence on the survival and development of the game; 6. Numerical status: 6.1 Numerical status of the game under protection, 6.2 Health status of the game, 6.5 Number of wild game without protection; 7. Existing hunting technical and economic facilities in the hunting grounds: 7.1 Hunting technical facilities (fenced breeding grounds, fences for growing and shooting game, feedlots, watering holes, salt pans, fields and meadows for game, waiting rooms, observation posts, hunting lines, clearings, etc.), 7.2 Business facilities (hunting houses, hunting huts, etc.); 8. Rezoning, bonification and determining the normal numerical status of game under protection that can be grown in natural conditions; 9. Analysis of the current and comparison with the normal numerical state of the game; 10. Time period for achieving a normal numerical state and dynamics in the increase in the number of game in individual years; 11. Growth and dynamics of the increase in the population of game under protection; 12. Breeding - protective measures: 12.1 Increasing the food potential in the hunting ground for large and small game, 12.2 Reacclimatization and acclimatization of game, 12.5 Game nutrition, 12.4 Game nutrition, 12.5 Criteria for selective (breeding and regular) shooting of big game, 12.6 Game without protection and measures to reduce its number, 12.7 Ensuring the necessary peace in the hunting ground, 12.8 Coordination of activities between hunting and other economic activities, 12.9 Game Warden Service, 12.10 Determining a prohibited hunting ground of one quarter of the surface of the hunting ground; 13. Ordering of the hunting grounds: 13.1 Construction of feedlots and salt pans for game, 13.2 Construction of watering holes and mud pits for game, 13.3 Construction of hunting houses, averages, laces, etc; 14. Income and sources of income; 15. Expenditure by purpose; 16. Recapitulation of income and expenditure.
