Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day of Croatian accession into the European Union.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary content of the application and the technical documentation for the correct and authorized placing on the market of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or products containing and/or consisting of or derived from GMOs and the requirements for labelling and packaging of GMOs or similar or deriving from.
