This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the content of the notification and technical dossier for the placing on the market of genetically modified organisms or products containing and/or consisting of or deriving from GMOs and on the requirements for labelling and packaging of GMOs or products containing and/or consisting from GMOs.
