Abstract

This Regulation determines the contents of the fishing base. The fishing base contains: 1. data on fishing waters: - a detailed inventory of all fishing waters with their names and - an attached geographical map on which they are marked. 2. hydrographic and climatic characteristics: - length, width and area for all flowing waters; - depth and surface for all standing water and - basic climatic characteristics of the geographical area. 3. basic physical - chemical characteristics such as: color, smell, temperature, transparency, acidity, electrical conductivity, chlorine content, oxygen saturation, total carbon dioxide, nitrates, ammonia, phosphates, silicates. 4. basic biological characteristics: - composition, structure and representation of individual types of macrophytes, as well as percentage of coverage of the investigated mass; - dominant species and biomass of phytoplankton and zooplankton; - biomass, composition and representation of individual species of macrozoobenthos and - other important fish species. 5. types and amounts of ichthyoma fish: - qualitative and quantitative composition of the ichthyoma population with representation of individual species in percentages, i.e. mass share of an individual species in the total ichthyoma and - annual increase of fish with greater economic importance expressed in kilograms per hectare. 6. definition of fishing waters with a management model and definition of conditions for fishing points that are located on fishing waters with a special mode of water use and large oscillations in the water level; 7. definition of waters with the possibility of aquaculture: - types of fish with breeding technology; - location of facilities and - capacity of facilities. 8. measures for the protection and maintenance of fish: - organization of a fish guard service (number of fish guards with a basic plan for physical protection of fish); - monitoring the state of the water, disease and plague of fish as well as unusual behavior of fish; - planning of selective and remedial fishing; - determination of the smallest size of fish by species below which they may not be caught; - determination of the period of natural spawning by species for each fishing water; - determination of natural breeding grounds and - special measures for the protection of natural breeding grounds. 9. stocking program: - quantity and types of fish by species and age categories determined on the basis of the biological potential for each fishing water for a period of 6 years with annual dynamics and - stocking period for an individual fishing water with certain types of fish . 10. quantities of allowed catch by fish species for recreational and economic fishing for a period of 6 years with annual dynamics; 11. time in which fishing is allowed; 12. minimum and maximum fishing means and 13. economic basis for using the fishing water with a proposal for the amount of compensation.
