Abstract This Regulation prescribes the necessary contents of the contract for sale of state-owned agricultural land. The contract for the sale of state-owned agricultural land shall contain: - area of agricultural land in state ownership that is sold; - cadastral data contained in the property list; - condition of the land (under cultivation or not); - provisions establishing that state-owned agricultural land that is subject to sale may not be sold, exchanged with other agricultural land and may not be converted into construction land within a period of eight years from the date of conclusion of the agreement for sale; - sale price; - method of payment; - conditions and procedure for terminating the contract; - conditions and procedure for nullity of the contract and - other provisions according to the Law on obligation relations.
