Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, prescribes detail contents that will be part of the certificate of exemption from the obligation to obtain a permit for storage of inert and non-hazardous waste. Certificate of exemption from the obligation to obtain a permit for storage of inert and non-hazardous waste shall contain: 1) data on the operator of the waste storage facility; 2) data on the plant (warehouse) and location; 3) data on the type and character of waste; 4) data on the capacity of the plant (warehouse); 5) period of validity of the certificate.
